I’m a nutrition consultant with a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and I help people lose weight, improve energy, and build a healthier relationship with food—without restriction or extremes.
After spending years struggling with disordered eating, digestive issues, and anxiety, I know firsthand how confusing and overwhelming nutrition can feel. My work is rooted in evidence-based nutrition, medical nutrition therapy, and a whole-person approach that supports both physical and emotional well-being.
I believe real results come from a combination of consistency, blood sugar balance, nervous system regulation and learning how to work with your body—not against it.
