About me

Nourish your body, transform your life.
— Kelly

Hi, I’m Kelly! I’m so happy you found my practice. I’m a true Jersey girl living & eating in the NYC area with my golden retriever, Clover. With self-care habits and increased food awareness taking front center of our lives like never before, I couldn’t imagine a more inspiring time to pursue what I love - which is helping you. ‘Integrative Holistic Nutrition’ has taken the stage by storm.

My professional training includes a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition and 300 hours of clinic. I specialize in general nutrition counseling and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), with an emphasis on weight loss, mental health, endocrinological health and eating disorders.

Like many impressionable young women, I spent over half my life battling eating disorders that would lead me to gut dysbiosis, nutrient deficiency & chronic anxiety later in life. Numerous unnamed illnesses and unsuccessful doctor visits later, I chose to take my health into my own hands and began a six-year long education in Clinical Nutrition where I relearned the building blocks of physical, mental and spiritual well-being. This is where I learned the tools to heal myself, an ability that each of us possesses with a little guidance. To my surprise I would also restore my connection with “self” that I lost along the way; the foundation of all wellness.

Learning to replace a destructive cycle of restrictive dieting and binge eating with intuitive eating by changing my core habits and beliefs about food allowed me to take back my control, and eventually my life. Which leads me to my “why.” The opportunity to afford ordinary people like me the ability to identify and eliminate foods that make them sick, freedom from toxic food culture, and the knowledge to make food choices that support the body and life they want (not the other way around) all while enjoying the best ingredients life has to offer. That is why I’m here.

If you are ready to take control of your body and nutrition, you are in the right place. Let’s rewrite the story of our health, together.
